Poke is a classic Hawiian dish that can be found all over the islands. It combines the umami flavors of soy sauce with sashimi grade fish to bring out a flavorful and fresh fish dish. This is our version of Poke and love to eat it with K&T O.G. Chili Oil!
We placed our Poke on top of freshly steamed rice and added some cool crisp sliced cucumbers to accompany the dish. You can even use it as a salad topping to bring another element to your nightly dinners!
